Adoption Process

Considering a dog or cat as a pet? Then, consider a rescue animal. Thousands of unwanted dogs are put to death each year in county pounds. Multitudes of cats are homeless and suffer hunger, starvation, illness, neglect & abuse, and are common sights of road accidents. We cannot save all animals, but with your help, we can make the life better for those animals that come our way.

If you are considering a dog or cat, talk to one of our volunteers to help you decide if a rescue animal is right for you. We offer straightforward, candid advice, and will provide you with insights into the responsibilities of a dog/cat ownership, and the long-term costs of caring for your animal.
