The Sky's the limit for Drogheda Animal Rescue!

Would you like to do something different and also raise money for DAR?

How does a Skydive sound?

WHAT IS IT?  Drogheda Animal Rescue has teamed up with Skydive 4 Charity to help raise vitally needed funds to continue its work helping and rehoming animals in need.

HOW DOES DAR BENEFIT?  Skydive participants will need to raise a minimum of €600 sponsorship: €300 goes towards to Skydive costs and the remaining €300 or more raised goes towards Drogheda Animal Rescue. 

WHAT'S INVOLVED?  You'll skydive from 10,000 feet or more, at speeds of around 120 miles per hour, securely harnessed to a professional skydiving instructor who will look after everything for you from gearing up to touching down. All you have to do is have the time of your life! After an exhilarating freefall for 35 seconds or so, the parachute opens at around 5000 feet. That's when you will experience the amazing 5 to 7 minutes thrill of your canopy ride down to ground and soak up the most incredible panoramic views!

WHERE?  Skydive are carried out in the following Parachute Centres:  Kilkenny City or Clonbullogue Co Offaly.

TIMELINE?  Participants have 13-weeks to raise a minimum of €600 from the date they sign-up.

SOUNDS RISKY?  You will be attached to a Professional Skydiving Irish Aviation Authority and Parachute Association of Ireland Approved Tandem Master. They will look after everything to do with the Skydive, You get to fully enjoy and experience an amazing event in your life.
